This morning, a former Spartanburg County
Sheriff's Office Detention Officer was arrested and charged with Misconduct in
Office and Assault & Battery 3rd. Atraus Darrel Styles (B/M,
10/20/1987) of 203 High St, Spartanburg, SC, was terminated from his position
at the Detention Center in reference to an incident that occurred at the
Detention Center. SLED was called to investigate the incident and SLED made the
charges
